Turkey Wraps with Pesto Mayo and Cranberries

Ingredients

4 Large Sandwich Wraps, flavored or plain
Pesto Mayo (1 cup Mayonnaise with ½ cup Basil Pesto, mixed)
¼ cup Dried Cranberries
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
1 lb sliced oven roasted turkey breast
2 cups romaine leaf lettuce

Directions
Spread the Pesto Mayo on one side of each of the sandwich wraps. Sprinkle the cranberries over each wrap. Top the cranberries with a light layer of parmesan cheese and arrange the turkey slices over each. Top with the romaine leaves and roll. Slice each wrap on the bias, arrange on sandwich plates and serve. |
