Pasta Salad with Red Pepper Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

1 lb Tri Color Tortellini, cooked and cooled
1 cup marinated mushrooms
¼ cup Italian Pepper rings
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
½ large Red Onion, diced
1 cup Red Bell Pepper Pesto

Directions
Add Tri Color Tortellini to the pesto sauce, mix well. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately, or chill up to 48 hours. |
