Bay Scallops with Pesto Sauce over Tortellini

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups Basil Pesto
1 lb Bay Scallops
2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms
1 cup sliced zucchini
Salt
1 lb. cooked Cheese Tortellini

Directions
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large sauté pan. Add scallops, zucchini, mushrooms and cook until vegetables are tender and scallops are opaque, approximately 2 minutes. Add the pesto and tortellini, toss to coat. |
