Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto
Ingredients

One pound Potato Gnocchi
½ cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Basil Pesto
¼ cup freshly chopped Basil

Directions
Heat heavy cream until hot. Remove from heat and whisk in Basil Pesto. With a rubber spatula, scrape pesto mixture into a large bowl, set aside in warm spot until Potato Gnocchi is ready.
Cook Potato Gnocchi as directed. Mix with pesto mixture one serving at a time. Serve in small bowls garnished with freshly chopped basil. |
