Grilled Fish with Pesto
Ingredients

¼ cup Basil Pesto
½ cup Mayonnaise
4 (8 ounce) Fish Fillets (Tilapia or Sea Bass is delicious!)
Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions
Preheat a grill. Mix Basil Pesto and Mayonnaise well. Spread the Basil Pesto Mayonnaise on the flesh side of each fish fillet and place pesto-side down on the grill. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, turn and grill until fish is just opaque and cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve on top of rice, salad greens or a light pasta. |
