Steak Sandwiches with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
1 lb medium-rare steak, sliced
8 washed romaine lettuce leaves
8 slices of toasted sourdough bread

Directions
In a bowl, toss sliced steak with ½ cup of the Sun Dried Tomato Pesto. Arrange on sourdough bread slices. Take remaining pesto and spread on remaining sourdough slices, top with romaine lettuce leaves and serve sandwiches open-faced. |
