Grilled Swordfish with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

2 teaspoons minced ginger root
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons thyme
Salt and pepper
4 six-ounce swordfish steaks
1 cup Basil or Red Bell Pepper Pesto Sauce

Directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except Swordfish and Pesto Sauce. Arrange swordfish steaks in a shallow glass baking pan and pour marinade over them. Cover and chill under refrigeration for one hour.
Place swordfish steaks on grill, cooking four minutes each side. Serve with warmed pesto sauce.
