Ingredients

4 Grilled Chicken Breasts
1 cup Basil Pesto
4 Whole Roasted Pepper, julienne sliced
8 sliced toasted ciabatta bread

Directions
Spread 1/8 of Basil Pesto on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread. Top 4 of the ciabatta slices with the grilled chicken breasts, then add Roasted Peppers. Top with the remaining slices of ciabatta bread. Finish in panini grill.
