Four Cheese Gnocchi Casserole 20 Four Cheese Gnocchi Casserole 20   Four Cheese Gnocchi Casserole 20 3 lbs cooked Gnocchi 32z Alfredo Sauce 8 z marinara sauce, optional ½ cup shredded Gruyere Cheese ½ cup shredded Fontina Cheese ¾ cup shredded Parmesan Reggiano Cheese ¾ cup Gorgonzola crumbles ¼ tsp nutmeg 1 tbs parsley   Cook Gnocchi, combine with Alfredo and marinara.  Mix in all cheeses except Parmesan.  Pour into half-pan or into single-serve baking cups.  Top with Parmesan & Paprika.  Bake half-pan in 375 degree conventional oven until cheese is browned on top, approximately 35-45 minutes.  Bake single serve cups likewise, only for 15-20 minutes
