Harvest Squash Ravioli in Maple Sage Butter Harvest Squash Ravioli in Maple Sage Butter   Harvest Squash Ravioli in Maple Sage Butter 3#  Harvest Squash Ravioli 3/4 lb. butter 1cup minced shallots 1/2 cup fresh chopped sage 2 cups Grade A Amber Maple Syrup   Brown butter, add shallots and cook until translucent.  Stir in sage and ravioli.  Add syrup, stir to coat raviolis and serve.
