Linguine with Shrimp and Artichokes Linguine with Shrimp and Artichokes   Linguine with Shrimp and Artichokes 10 Ounces linguine 1 16z jar artichokes 4 Tbls Basil Pesto 2 Tbls olive oil Salt to taste 4 Ounces shelled jumbo shrimp Black pepper to taste   Heat four tablespoons Basil Pesto in a skillet; add the artichokes, sprinkle with salt, and simmer for 5 minutes. Rinse jumbo shrimp and place on top of the artichokes. Sprinkle with salt, cover and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes longer. Cook linguine according to directions. Pour the linguine into the skillet. Add the remaining oil, the parsley and a little black pepper. Mix carefully over high heat for 1 minute before serving. Plate and top with shaved Parmesan curls
